The first Danish Film Festival in Zimbabwe will take place the 21st - 22nd of 2015 January at Alliance Française de Harare!

The festival will feature four award winning Danish films, which will be screened free of charge to all cinema enthusiasts. Danish films have received international acclaim for their frankness, distinct visual style and challenging storylines based on moral themes which express Danish culture and identity. The four movies that will be shown at the Danish Film Festival in Harare present a variety of cinema genres including historical drama, romance and family entertainment.

The festival is sponsored by the Royal Danish Embassy Office in cooperation with the Danish Film Institute

Please note that due to the limited seating in the auditorium at Alliance Française de Harare, attendance will be on a first come-first served basis and there is no facility for pre-booking seats.
