Lisette Lombé is a multi-faceted artist, a border-crosser. She is animated by poetic, scenic, plastic, militant and pedagogical practices. Her writing and struggle spaces are based on her own mixed flesh, her journey as a woman, mother and teacher. Collages, performances, books and workshops are the result, transmitters of rage and eros. Co-founder of the Collectif L-SLAM, she was rewarded in 2017 as Honorary Citizen of the City of Liège for her work as an artivist and ambassador of slam in the four corners of the French-speaking world. In 2020, she received a Golden Afro Artistic Award for her novel Vénus Poética (ed. L'Arbre à Paroles) and the Prix Grenades/RTBF for her collection Brûler brûler brûler (ed. l'Iconoclaste).
