Synopsis
"TAMAZIGHTE OUFLLA", an isolated village in the high mountains where people live far apart from the world.
Some requests for the construction of a road are made to the local authorities and to Amrare the chief, but in vain.
Amrare suggests to the villagers to build their houses down the mountains. But they rejected this proposition.
The return of Alili from France, after 8 years of absence, brings some hope to the village. He won 2 billions in lottery, and plans to construct this road at his charge...
